Neither Roller, Nor Disco

Stroller with dyed poodle: Check.
Gold slippers: Check.
Dyed beard: Check.
Parrot on head: Check.
Fuzzy ankle accessory: Check.

While the stroller counts as having something "roller", I don't see any disco.

I believe this gent goes by the name of "Miss Colombia."

Three summers ago, I took my parents on a Hudson River cruise - and a DayTop (rehab) bus pulled up - and this gentleman was one of the folks who stepped off. A few mincing little fellows kept circling and fawning and calling him "Miss Colombia."

My Nebraska parents were terribly amused, while my partner and I nearly had to be reminded that - having lived in NY, SF and Chicago - this might not be usual fare for some.
