I have been to Rehoboth Beach, DE and borne witness to the Sandcastle Jesus.
Amen.
Super cute, or super evil?
I feel like this party colored pomeranian puppy wants to set me on fire.
[ed. - and feed me to Brandt Payne (sorry, inside joke)].

Top of the Rock, last Sunday. The weather was perfect for a trip to the top of Rockefeller Center for the best view of Central Park from pretty much anywhere. It's so much better when the trees have leaves.
I should have some time later this week to post the backlog of photos I have from Spring Break, my sister's wedding in Nashville, baseball games, and Kosher Coke taste tests. At least for some of it. Class is nearly over, and the real fun of lab work begins again.
Despite piles of work to do at home, I made the trek to Nashville with Tom to see my sister get married. Despite a forecast calling for thunderstorms and lightning, the ceremony was rain free! Short and sweet, I think objectively it was one of the most fun wedding ceremonies I've ever attended. At the reception she made us do the chicken dance, however, so some things stay the same with her. It was very fun to get to together with my extended family again all in one place. Usually I have to make separate trips to everybody's house.
Nashville itself is kind of an awful place to be. Unless you like tourist filled honkey tonks (which was fun for one evening only). We should have rented a car, since it seems all the fun stuff to do is spread out. Taxis come when called, though, so it's not a complete loss. Just don't try walking south from downtown too far. Sketchy. Somehow Tom and I managed to find the right places to meet nice locals... at least the welcome wagon. I'm SO glad I don't live here. My flight leaves in 3 hours. It can't come soon enough.
Beware citizens. Frog Baby has descended upon New York. None are safe.
RIBBIT!
Thanks Chris!
