Blarg Over

I love the lower east side. It's full of much trendier (although slightly poorer) people than the upper east side. It has better bars. It has cheaper restaurants. It has more colorful stores. Unfortunately for us, this store was sold out of Chickalicious. Luckily, Glenalicious still has plenty in stock (or so I'm told). And who knew assless panties were back in style? Perhaps these are just leftover from Valentine's Day.

My t-shirt selection for the Blarg Hop garnered a fair bit of interest. I love my Boo-urns shirt. Apparently a little too much, since at least 6 people who were at Nowhere when I arrived reminded me that I was wearing the same shirt when I met them. One Michael Francis Hartney II even thought to inquire if I owned other shirts since he's ONLY seen me in this one. Yet, upon my insistence that I would retire Boo-urns from my NYC rotation for 1 year, everyone admitted they liked it. I also heard, "You can wear it again, as long as you blog about this."

I'm told I was dancing at one point. Allegedly with Curly and Helen. What can I say? At least we weren't at a wedding, and I wasn't dancing with the bride's mom. Except, y'know - that's happened. More than once or twice. There was a DC blogger in attendance that I hadn't met before. I re-met Eric (he, likes sheep) for about the 8th time. I guess now he can recount the "I met you when you were wearing that shirt" story. As can these guys. Of course, it's always fun hanging with George, Joe, Velliety-Tom, Paul, Damian, Farmboyz (NSFW), Glenn, Ed, Mark and Tim, and even Foxy. I know there are a few guys I met out that I can't remember your URLs... leave 'em in the comments if you find me first.

Now, back to regularly scheduled life, which includes homework! I'm too old for this shit.

I'm a II, not a III. And you know I heart that shirt.

Jeff: Oops! Fixed. My bad.

Hey Jeff, Great meeting you. Loved the t-shirt. And I'm sorry but that red photo I posted of you (from Tom's blog) was absolutely amazing and you don't look creepy whatsover.

I am sure you meant it was ESPECIALLY fun to hang out with me.
